Who I am

Hi, I’m Jo (Joffrey) Baeyaert—a bit of an explorer at heart and an innovator by trade.

My journey hasn’t been a straight line, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. From my beginnings studying Humanities in France to diving deep into the world of marine biology and sharks in the Bahamas and the Azorean Archipelago, my path has been as eclectic as it is rewarding.

I’ve lived and worked across the globe—in Portugal, the Bahamas, the Azores, and France—immersing myself in diverse cultures and fields. At one point, I was leading shark research in the middle of the Atlantic, studying their movements and behaviors. Today, I apply that same curiosity and data-driven mindset to solving complex business challenges.

My career has taken me from academic research to some of the most innovative environments in the tech world, including Google, where I managed global teams and spearheaded ambitious projects. Now, I bring together all of those experiences—strategy, technology, and a relentless passion for solving problems—to help businesses unlock their potential.
